Cruz continues to prostrate himself before the man that insulted his father and his wife from the national stage. As a man, I will never understand this utter and complete servility. Even setting aside the principle of it, doesn’t Cruz see how ridiculous it makes him look?

Interesting anecdote from Ted Cruz's podcast today re: his & Heidi Cruz's relationship w/ Trump… Cruz says he and Heidi were on their way home from "date night" in Houston when Trump called his cell. "I said, 'Mr. President, Heidi's here, do you mind if I put you on speaker?'"


Heidi proceeded to make a "heartfelt and emotional" case to Trump "to speak out to the racial injustice in this country." But Cruz says, "afterwards, I told her…'You know, Heidi? He actually has. And he has repeatedly. And you haven't heard it because the media won't cover it."
