Yep, that's pretty close. 2/3 of our *traffic* (i.e. page views) is created by non-members. The ratio of unique non-members to members is significantly higher than 2/3 over a one-month period because the members (many of whom come back every day) generate more page views per unique person than non-members.

With that in mind, I would give it a factor of 40.
