As I see it, one of the KEY questions to ask Ira was raised by Tonto and several others many posts ago. That is, what arrangements, if any, have been made with their offshore financial backer to acquire discounted securities of this company, i.e. convertible preferred stock or debentures?? This could be why this stock seems to be tanking on ostensibly good news . . . an unlimited supply of stock. How about it Ira?
