Sorry, that term was already trademarked by the Goober Nation at the end of the Civil War. Republic Party is a good alternative.

You should know but apparently don't, that the KKK was founded by a bunch of Confederate soldiers at the end of the Civil War....was more of a social club originally but didn't take long to develop into what it is... The words Ku Klux were derived from the Greek word for circle, kuklos...
