You clearly are very unaware of how CA operated and the reference to Obama is ludicrous.
I know exactly how Cambridge Analytica operated. It's exactly the same thing the Obama campaign did.

The only difference is that the Obama campaign got consent from the people they mined data from, and it was allowed under the Facebook Terms of Use at the time.

Later on, Facebook changed their Terms of Use and disallowed third parties from getting access to this data, even under consent. The potential for abuse was just too great.

This still doesn't have any relevance to "Russian meddling," which amounted to no more than just a handful of targeted troll posts. They didn't even amount to 0.001% of Internet political traffic at the time, yet you libtards think they were more successful than anyone else.
