DKNG has filed a registration statement for a secondary offering of 14,000,000 shares. The registration statement also includes 19,000,000 being registered on behalf of some of their existing shareholders. sec.gov The stock is down about $2.00 in after hours trading. A bit of short term pain, but a smart move for the long term.
