I'm more focused on avoidance vs mitigation or death bed regimens ..
I'm in that "at risk" age group so I'm all about any reasonable
prophylaxis treatments to avoid getting CV-19 in the first place ..

It seems that we're all on our own to attempt to figure out what that might be ..
So far all I hear from the CDC is ..

1) get a seasonal flu shot
2) wash your hands
3) practice social distancing
4) wear a mask in public

My daily CV-19 avoidance scheme is

500-1000 mg Vit C
5000 IU Vit D3
Fish Oil capsule
Zinc lozenge ( anytime I'm out and about )
Quinine ( tonic water )
Benadryl Allergy

I'm also blood type O which is supposed to offer some
resistance to exposure and or reduced severity if infected

I make and consume a lot of chicken soup :o)

It may all be nonsense, but it makes me feel better ..
So at a minimum I enjoy a placebo effect from the above ..
