The issue is murder. A black man walks out on his deck with a cell. Two cops think it's a gun (but don't verify), and fill his body so full of holes it can be used a sieve.The cops go free. the black man is buried and forgotten.

Then it's repeated over and over, with and without video and the cops go free. Why? Because the courts created immunity for cops and themselves so they can't be sued when they act like criminals.
