Voter fraud should mean voters who voted when they're not allowed to vote. But the nuts who control you expands it to every case of a person making a registration mistake. Your own link proves this. A registration mistake is not voter fraud. How many felony convictions are there? It's a class D felony. I bet you'll have a damn hard time finding one.
