My problem with the way the dissemination of information is being
handled is that items such as Ira gave you yesterday should have been
in the press release and it could even be considered illegal for that
information to be given out to a investor when it had not yet been
publically released. It also leaves the door wide open to deniability.
Not that I think for a moment that Ira is lying or anything... just
that Ira can't be held responsible in a court of law for something
that comes from him second hand.

These two reasons are why it is so important for the press releases
to contain the information they should. If Ira wants to discuss things
with investors after the info is publically released thats fine.
To be honest it has been bugging me for a while that even letting us
know that a press release is imminent could potentially be a violation
of SEC laws since we can trade based on that info and it isn't public
knowledge even if it is posted here. Now naturally companies do this
all the time with giving dates for earnings releases and such, but the
dates are annouced publically to everyone and you can get the info
from Yahoo if you want... I think this issue of press releases if more
important than anything that has faced the company so far.

I intend to hang on to my FAMH for a long time to come, and I'm not
concerned if it dips. I believe in the long term future of this
company, but the company is making their own lifes more difficult
than neccessary by their poor handling of investor relations.
