It is an important issue that needs to be resolved to the satisfaction of the authorities, and I believe has complicated the trading issue.
Good luck on the money today, it would be great if it happens on time.

What I also cannot figure out is that the company advised some of us that the money was in New York on December 24th, 1997. That means, we were advised money had already been sent from the investor. I have never received an explanation as to how that occurred and then it became tied up. This is an everyday transfer which only takes a New York second to accomplish.

It will be fascinating to learn more about this transaction in the future.
