I agree. However we can choose to examine our own biases -- conscious and unconscious. There will remain biases were are unconsciously unconscious of. The assumptions beneath our assumptions. Our hidden brains? Keep looking. Those are the human limits we want to to overcome, because our best bias might be curiosity and finding meaning in problem solving and finding broader models of reality. However, while I remain somewhat an idealist to change and being comfortable with more questions -- others are biased to accept what is and the explanations provided that fit their fixed assumptions. (The easy and lazy cult mentality?)
