You seem to be putting words in our mouths; according to you, anyone who says Y2K won't be a complete disaster must be saying that there is no problem whatsoever.

Wrong! As we've said before, it's serious. Serious! That means we understand work is being done, more work will be done, and some systems are going to crash. Got it?

What it ain't, is critical. Meaning, hysterical companies won't be throwing bundles of cash at anything that claims to have a Y2K fix, which is what a lot of longs seem to be counting on.
