Nothing like the quality of the DEC postings, or the INTC thread that I switched from. An excessive number of postings on CPQ, mostly inane or naive. For the benefit of the CPQ'ers, I will take the liberty of posting the link to your message there. P.S. I am generally optimistic on the outlook for CPQ-DEC. See the combined company becoming one of the "Captains of American Industry" with great growth opportunities around the world, and a P/E communsurate with that rating, a la GE or Coke. Eckhard Pfeiffer(?) usually delivers on what the sets out to do. Comments? Charlie.
