Then it still is a floorless convertible after six months, so the thing that would bother me as a short at this point in time is not the 5% discount to the floating market price but the 6 months lock period. It may be run up in the next 6 months period over 5 before it gets dumped unless it keeps coming out with bad news; this one goes on the watch list. Thanks for the information.
