Caught Goose's four eyes Running Fox Resource (RUN.H-V) new 52 week high, 3 cents on vol. June 18, '20 - NR Mr. Steve Schurman reports At Running Fox Resource Corp.'s annual and special meeting held on June 16, 2020, all resolutions were approved. All four incumbent directors were re-elected with over 99-per-cent voting count for each separate director with less than 1 per cent withheld. The auditors were reappointed, and the share consolidation and name change resolutions were also approved. Subsequent to the AGM/special meeting, Steve Schurman was reappointed as chief financial officer, and Michael Meyers was reappointed as president and interim chief executive officer.
