Toms book has all that you need for Point and Figure. The rest is practice.
If you sign up at his site, you will receive charts from his database that are updated daily. Also are bullish percents, PHLX report and a portfolio monitoring section.

Register for a trial as an individual investor. See what you think.
It is good to hand plot charts even if you get them on a program. Keeps you in practice. Dorsey still charts by hand. Charts on system are computer generated.
