MT,
I just got off the phone with Joe Murphy and he asked me to post the following information.

As to the buyback, he will be talking with PW today to make sure they have been approved as a MM. He has had several calls from DLJ. They would also like to handle it. If everything is set with PW he will more than likely stay with them. He does not want them to use another MM as a go between. His desire is to see PW on the list Thursday morning. If there is a change he will let us know. He said he expects to be tested early on but not to worry he will be buying. He also wanted everyone to know that the company will file 8-K's as to how many shares have been repurchased. He will also post this information on SI periodically but only after the fact. Make no mistake, he will spend the entire $5 million if thats what it takes to take out the short termers.

He did say that if anybody would like to sell their shares directly back to the company as opposed to going through a broker to call the company and ask for Dan Murphy. At this time there is no minimum on the number of shares.

The Hot Line has been updated and for those who are new to the DCI threads the phone number is 1-800-243-9855.

The web site will be completely updated by the end of February. It will contain a lot more information on the financials, especially sales and earnings.

DCI has been contacted by a representative from CNBC requesting some one appear on TV to discuss the deregulation of the telecommunication industry in the US and Europe. Joe doesn't have all the details yet nor does he know who he will send. Once this is finalized he will let us know.

The next press release will be out early next week. He said if we liked the first 2 waves we will love this one.

Best Regards
