I can't find any news--have no access to the rumor mill--just plain blind at this point. What is hard to understand is the wide variations in software pricing for stocks. In Chicago there is a company called Platinum Technology--been on an aquisition binge for about two years and lost money in 94, 95,96, and yet the stock is selling at close to $28--trying to imitate BMCS. They also are in the turnaround phase. Maurice
