I averaged down on dog stock HRBK to a cost basis in the .90 cent range.

Their annual report was dismal, and they managed to lose both money and market cap.

Then -- out of what seemed like NOWHERE -- the stock ran up over $8.00 bucks yesterday.

Turns out that due to it be a black owned / managed bank a trading group decided to give a pump under the auspices of BLM.
LOL , better lucky than good. You have a nose for these opportunities, it seems. On the same idea, I own some $CZBS a small black owned bank in GA. This one is actually decently managed and very cheap.
