I've never seen a discussion of dividends here. I realize that dividends have many drawbacks compared to share buybacks (double taxation) and even accquistions (growing the business). However, given that they are not allowed to buyback their shares a dividend might be a good positive sign from management. Even if their revenue is not growing very fast, Creaf still has a billion+ in sales with close to a 20% profit margin. That generates a lot of cash. If that is not going to be used to grow the top line or buyback shares I say it should be returned to the shareholders.
