Hello Quang Nguyen,

1-Most of the current loss annoucement is already reflected in the stock price not much room on the down-side, especially now that the cat is out of the bag!

2-Jim Barksdale did a great move by giving away its browser for free. This will generate great revenu for Netscape based on traffic.

3-I belive Netscape will make significate deals within the next few months"Eyeballs etc"

4-YES, I also believe they be profitable by the end of 1998.

5-Oracle and Sun hates Microsoft ;-) "Mergers"

6-The current market share price is extremly overdone on the downside. maybe a point or two but thats all. "way oversold" on old
news, most of the loss is in the price!

7-They are restructuring with positive moves.

8- I like to buy great companies at bottom levels, and I don't believe on investing on margin. I own 1,500 shares @ 17.1/2 and I will be accumulating more.

9-I like stocks nobody wants, and I see mid 20's or more by the end of the year.

10-Everyone I know likes using Netscapes browser much better than Microsofts.

regards,

Giota
