Dick, I contacted the company about the "European financial concern" and how that relationship might affect shareholders.

Ira says the bank is European, but it is tied to a U.S. fund that will be managing the line of credit.

I also asked how the line of credit might affect share dilution. He said there would be minimal affect. He described it as being a "very shareholder friendly" deal. It is based on a drawdown against trading volume and any shares involved would be restricted for a year.

I asked if it is possible for the company to use part of the $25M line of credit to buy back part of the public float. He said that is already in the works.

Just thought I'd pass this along.

Best wishes,
Brad
