DNB prices tomorrow. I didn't get in on the IPO as I didn't like the corporate structure. It's going to be similar to having non-voting shares, as the % being sold to the public is less than 50%. and their prospectus states they plan to load the board with certain people over the next couple of years. afaik, it looks like they are going public either because: 1) the owners are greedy and want to cash out or 2) they want to raise a bunch of money and spend it. or maybe both. I'm aware of how their company works, and it isn't all that great for the small business owner. one must pay for their A+ rating. so that in itself is biased from the start.
