I am surprised that the stock has not moved significantly higher today as if a bank is willing to risk millions, why would small investors hold back. Perhaps the end of month confirmation or finalization of the deal will make a difference. I noted that in the last joint news release (CGZ KGCF) the manager of KGCF was replaced and this generaly indicates problems internal to the company. It seems the more we look into affairs that the problems with companies working in K are self inflicted. However the lawsuit is continuing in the situation.
