Mark, I also asked Ira about the shares owned by insiders. He said about 70% are owned by insiders. And, Yes, a large portions of Ira's (Pres) salary is tied to stock performance. His goal is to reach $150M is sales for 1998 with an EPS of 40›. Apparently he has a lot of acquisition candidates that have been presented to him. Now he has the funding to move on the best ones as the right time and circumstances present themselves. It ought to be an interesting 1998. Best wishes, Brad
