That's good. I used to live in Austin many, many years ago and it was a mix of old style Texans with many new transplants from California. So it was already starting to turn blue when I was there. I imagine that trend only continued when the tech industry grew explosively over the last few decades.

My feeling on Texas is that if the Communism continues to spread throughout the US, then many of us patriots will need to move to Texas to live in freedom. So that is my exit plan. I don't live there now, but Texans are my favorite Americans. They are one of the last bastions of what the original USA was built on. Oh and btw, I know a lot of Texans still and not a single one of the Texan friends I have is racist, though the majority are Trump supporters. So just trying to pre-empt any bullshit these threads are likely to dish on Texans.
