I think your target is reasonable.Managment is confident of meeting earnings.The secondary offering by end of this month and news of contracts should be this month also.You can call 800-932-9669 to talk with IR, Susan is her name I think.Everything seems to take longer than it should however. In my OPINION SSPIF should be in double digits before January.
