We’re in Ontario, Canada but from what I understand, the risk of the illnesses I mentioned exist pretty well everywhere. Lots of information available on the internet in terms of high / low risk areas and high/low risk pet lifestyles.

In case of doubt, it might be wise to err on the side of caution.

You can also obviously check with your local vet but keep in mind that (many/most?) vets tend to over-vaccinate. It’s part of their recurring income model.

Rabies shots are a good example. Many vets will recommend annual vaccinations while 3 year vaccinations are available and acceptable in many jurisdictions.
