So, the press release came out right before the opening. I checked the Spac Insider website before the opening and there was no mention of the deal.

I used to add the symbol for each new SPAC that went public to a Yahoo portfolio and then periodically for news and press releases. I have not done that for years, but maybe I should resume the practice.

The Graf-Velkodyne deal is not necessarily along term home run. Velodyne does have less expensive competitors. Over the weekend, I am going to dig up an article that was posted on the Drones and Autonomous Vehicles board.
