The most recent news I have found re: Geac, but this wouldnt
do it. Also up today to a high of $51.95 currntly up a buck
to $50.50

Dr. James Treleaven To Head Up Geac's Enterprise Server
Division

MARKHAM, ONTARIO--Geac Computer Corporation Limited announces a
change at the helm for its Enterprise Server Division.

Dr. James Treleaven will join Geac as the Senior Vice President
and General Manager of the Enterprise Server Division. He comes
to Geac with extensive experience at the senior management level
in the computer software and services industry, including stints
as Vice President of Marketing at Interactive Data Corp., Senior
Vice President and Division General Manager at Pansophic Systems
Inc., and President and CEO of Visual Intelligence Corp. His most
recent role was that of Vice President of Marketing at Moore
Corporation Limited. Dr. Treleaven holds a B.Sc. in Electrical
Engineering, a Ph.D. in Management from Case Western Reserve
University and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.

"Dr. Treleaven's particular expertise involves the interface
between application software and its user. That coupled with his
extensive experience in sales and marketing should enable the
enterprise server division to grow significantly", said Mr.
William Nelson, President and CEO of Geac.

Dr. Treleaven replaces Mr. Craig Richards, who will take on the
role of President and CEO of a private company in Atlanta.
