Dwight,
Yes, 3.9M of the financing went to GTECH. That liability was included in their net worth of some 4M; when it was paid off, that liability disappeared. The financing added all proceeds to book value (about 6.9M) at the expense of selling an xx% portion of the company. We still don't know what that percentage will be.
