Instead of hearing Trump, I was in a zoom meeting last night with some old white friendly Bernie-or-busters. They had an surprising POV.

The US paid Bin Laden and the Mujaheddin to kill Russians during the cold war. The Soviet Union was great until the USA ruined it and gave it to the oligarchs. Basically, Putin and Russia are justified getting even.

The imperialistic Americans military should not have any foreign presence. They get what they deserve.
