What is this obsession with facts? Clearly, you are most likely a lawyer. But facts don't win Presidential elections. It is interpretation of facts that win elections. For example, if you are a conservative, you applauded Trump's appointment of Kavanaugh to Supreme Court Justice. If you are a liberal, you disliked the appointment immensely.
The electorate is going to interpret all of Trump's actions and things he has done and not done and evaluate him on Election day.

Liberals and conservatives are rarely going to see eye to eye. That's part of the reason why this thread is what it is, with people knocking their heads up against others with different views and values.

I read somewhere ( Real Clear Politics?) that 94% of people already have their minds made up for President already. They already know what Trump and Biden are all about. The debates and conventions are mostly superfluous and irrelevant.

I see this election being contested and going to the Supreme Court.
