Oy, give me a break...

Keystone only claimes to be an electric provider...nothing else..
so, when you say they can only deliver on the electricity portion
of the bill, then where are they misleading ANYONE? GEEZ...
Furthermore, on the BOTTOM of your long-winded statement, you
clearly take something they stated and misinterpreted it...
Here's what you posted :
<snip>
"BECAUSE OF YOUR SIZE . As a small to mid-size utility
user, you are paying rates 23% to 56% higher than some
California corporations. Fortune 500 companies with loyalty
to the "bottom line", are saving billions of dollars in the
various utility industries because of their overall buying
power."
<snip>

This statement CLEARLY states that FOrtune 500 companies are paying
*LESS* than smaller companies for electricity due to the
buying power they have (and due to the amount of energy consumed).
You interpreted it as Fortune 500 companies spend MORE than small
companies. GEEZ. Learn to read and interpret things correctly before
bashing anyone.

Dennis.
