FUBHO, that was unnecessarily harsh. If you read the settlement agreement you do not need to have sold your stock in order to have been damaged and have a claim. WoZ, I thank you greatly because as my broker did not inform me of the settlement. In reading through the settlement agreement I have estimated my potential settlement check could be in excess of $20K.
