No one disputes the damages. Disagreements w/r on who to blame, and where it all going if blames not squared to a circle, or the other way around

Or something, and so a Biden / Trump race where either might quit before the balloting and last minute substitutes slotted in ... say Pence / Clinton, or some such.

Maybe the USA November election will be more about the Vice Presidents. Stranger things have happened in 2020.
