If the schools are closed, why do they need federal funds?
Fed cash is not a major source of revenue, it's the local school districts.
Which is why affluent areas have the best schools (higher property taxes).
American Association of Pediatrics has also called for all schools to re-open in the fall.
Children are not at risk from Covid-19 - not the same as the Spanish Flu.
