On July 3, 2020 Eric Sprott, via 2176423 Ontario Ltd., a corporation which is beneficially owned by him, bought 160,500 shares of CKG.V at $4.70 (CAD) in the public market.

I guess if the company wouldn't sell him more shares, he had to buy some the same way the rest of us do...
