Hi Ze,

One can catch a tiger by the tail and do well, but one thing is for sure. In time decay I trust.

It is timing and speculating.

Nothing more.

The closer you get to expiration the faster theta eats your lunch.

I never buy out of the money calls. Truthfully learned the hard way.

I like to sell puts and let time decay be my friend. If not,I always hope to have the stock assigned so I can harvest the dividend yield.

Its investing vs speculating.
