Fisker is looking to go public via a merger with a cash laden SPAC, presumably trying to emulate the recent success of Nikola.

Apparently, there is a bidding war with SPAQ in the lead. I am hesitant to recommend SPAQ, as this is not a done deal. The stock is trading around $17.00 this morning, about 70% above its liquidation value.

Anyone owning an EV company is probably thinking about taking it public.
