Agree 110% theta, its been no friend of mine neither.

Just curious when u say you sell puts, don't you have to own the stock to sell the puts? Then u say u hope they get exercised I thought u had to be at the strike price in order to have stock assigned. We corresponded a while back and you told me the same thing about it. could you explain how that works. I know its not on your end but I truly do not understanding what it is your doing.
