There is a theory, although I don't know if it has been rigorously tested, that shorts with a long term perpective, as AGPH short numbers over the last year or so would suggest, take their positions not as speculators but rather as informed investors.

Further, AGPH stock price has consistently gone down, typically after good news has been announced reinforcing this theory. To a degree the latter could be attributed to 'selling on good news- but again only to a degree. Questions: 1) Is AGPH sharing information equitably? 2)Is there negative information flow out of AGPH from non- official non -IR sources? 3)Given the size of the short position is it possible to get any info as to who they are: Market makers, hedge funds, or individual shareholders, or insiders?

Without specific negative information and given the apparently reliable Viracept product profile and revenue growth rates the stock is clearly undervalued. The question is Why????
