I LOVE Joe Biden and Black Lives Matters' plan to segregate low IQ negroes from normal people. God bless them! Demonrats can keep their subhuman negroes, marxists, while the Republican party will take all the HIGH IQ blacks. Most blacks with HIGH IQs are already Republicans anyway. Let's just make it all official. This is good for everyone.
