Well, that article is more interesting, although it would be better if you gave a source URL. I don't know anything about what is happening in Morocco or the date of the article, I would have to check it out. Just because someone "believes" something doesn't make it so. There could be any number of factors behind Morocco's lower fatality rate. And of course, fatality rates can easily change over time--as we have seen, the virus goes to different countries at different rates and different times and strikes with varying ferocity. What was true back in April or May is no longer true in July and could well be different in August or September, for better or worse.
