Assuming for a moment that certain national leaders are mandated top break the old, as the old was getting outrageous, to witness Ghislaine this and Epstein that, Erdogan something else, etc etc, then is it reasonable to suppose those best practiced to break the old are also the ideally positioned to create the new? The two actions require different skill sets.
