TBS, I asked a question (If the schools are closed, why do they need federal funds?), then noted some of the details of the U.S. educational funding system.
I did not opine on Trump's tweets (good, bad or indifferent).

Approximately 90% of the time Trump's twitter messaging is a fustercluck.
But his policy objectives are sound at least half the time.
He is his own worst enemy and should delegate most of the general communications.
Of course, that likely won't happen.
Trump's tweets are often unpresidential but three quarters of the media never treated him like a president.

I don't follow Trump's maniacal tweets nor do I watch Biden's incoherent videos.
Focusing on the macro issues.
