Michael,

It's very easy to get crushed by "extrapolating." Ideally, I would like to see every "Million Milestone", it would help to keep track of the growth rate and also help anticipate future "surprises". Not reporting the milestones keeps us all in the dark. Not really a criticism of your post, just a suggestion.
