If 3 Gorges dam fails, at least 300 million people gone, major manufacturing centres in global supply chains gone, oil, LNG, coal, ferrous and non ferrous base metals demand collapses. This very worry some. If 3 gorges dam goes out, it will be the Black Swan of all Black Swans.

if just one of the small dams upstream fail, it will take out the rest downstream like dominoes including 3 Gorges dam. It is the small dams upstream that pose the greatest danger as any one of them is more likely to fail before 3 Gorges.

We are only in the 1st year of the Grand Solar Minimum. I shudder to think what is coming over this decade.
