Addi if we never see 22 again you're right. But it pays to be cautious in weaker stocks such as LSI.

As they say never buy on the first run up unless you are willing to get out quickly if things turn. It's still too early for an unrestrained move to 35, I think. But again as I've said I'll be in if I see big volume and convincing moves up. It's the argument of missing a few points and risk to get a few more points with less risk. Much of what could be happening in the weaker stocks is short covering - the volume to sustain rallies is not yet there.

But as I mentioned earlier there is a discernible change in sentiment right now. At least for the short term. You can just feel it!

(I'm not a conspiracy theorist myself so I'm not so sure about the argument you make. This is purely a function of people buying when they realize the picture is not getting any worse. A good recent example is PRIA and then the disk drive companies. And yes even LSI. It's risky to put your money into something that may not succeed and LSI's regular excuses for the lack of revenue growth would cause some to cringe. And put their money elsewhere. I think this is not the sign of a conspiracy but instead the flow of money into more believable options with better visibility. If you take a really long term perspective, like you do with LSI, then clearly anything these guys say is water off the duck's back. And that's fine for the really l/t investors. But all market participants are not really l/t investors. And that's what makes this interplay so fascinating.)
